Grab a few strands of hair
Holding vertically, gently stretch the strands towards the ground
And release
If your hair was really stretchy and broke, it could be too much/too little protein.

Is your scalp dry? Do you need moisture? Or maybe protein?
Because the yolk is more moisturizing, very oily hair types should stick to just the whites on your scalp.
OR, if using the full egg, keep the treatment a couple inches down from your roots.
Why?
The fatty oils of the yolk can be too heavy for some oily types.
For normal to dry hair, a yolk is fine for scalp to end.
Ready for the nicest workout of your life?
Add 2 eggs to 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Massage from root to end if desired (but ends usually need this treatment most)
Leave on hair for at least an hour
Wash hair as usual, using cold water as much as possible
Double the recipe if you have very long hair or extra dry locks
